In the period from 26-27 March 2024 in Budva, Montenegro, CESP participated on the Global Policewomen Conference, organized by the European Network of Policewomen, the International Policewomen Association of Montenegro, supported by OSCE and Global Initiative.

The Conference was attended by policewomen from 24 countries, presenting the gender equality issues concerning women in police as well as the undertaken measures to improve respective situation. 

The statistic shows that there is a significant discrepancy in the gender equality in law enforcement structures, especially in the high ranking positions, thus emphasizing the need for better inclusion of women in all positions.
