“The last five years Europe has faced with enormous security challenges. The scene has been rapidly changing in terms of new policing methods, technology, young generations and the overall view on the security itself.
The police must adapt to the fast evolving world, keep up with the new policing trends and secure the democracy, rule of law and human rights protection to citizens and victims.”
