The 12th Congress of the European Council of Police Unions (CESP) took place on 1–2 October 2025 in Bucharest, Romania, gathering delegates from member organizations and representatives of several European and national institutions. The event provided an important platform for dialogue on the evolving challenges faced by police officers across Europe and reaffirmed the vital role of police unions in safeguarding their rights and well-being.
