Upon the Invitation of SAP Italy and CESP Deputy General Secretary, Massimo Denarier, CESP attended the SAP Memorial Day 2025 and participated in the Conference jointly organized, titled: All united for legality, on April 28, in Como Italy. 

CESP General Secretary, Jesus Lira Calvo was one of the speakers on the Conference along with the Under Secretary of the Ministry of Interior of Italy, Nicola Molteni, the Mayor of Como, Alessandro Rapinese, the Perfect of Como, Corrado Conforto Galli, the Questor of Como, Marco Cali and the President of the Court of Como, Paola Parlati. The event was also attended by the Romanian delegation led by Cosmin Andreica, President of Sindicatul Europol.

The key topics emphasized at the Conference were safety, legality and cooperation between various institutions. What was concluded at the Conference was the importance of involvement and efforts of all relevant institutions in securing the well-being of all citizens, with the police as the main protector of human rights, democracy and the rule of law. 

In the framework of the Conference, the attendees laid flowers, remembering all those who have lost their lives in their line of duty.
