On November 17, 2025, CESP President, Massimo DENARIER had the honor of conveying warm greetings on behalf of all CESP members at the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Polish Police Union (NSZZP).

The event, impeccably organized by President Rafał JANKOWSKI in the stunning Royal Palace in Warsaw, brought together Poland’s top political and institutional leaders, along with trade union representatives from across Europe — from Lithuania to Ukraine, Slovakia to Bulgaria, Kosovo to North Macedonia, Romania to the Netherlands and Finland.

It was also a great opportunity for CESP to meet with leaders from three major European police organizations: Eurocop, EPU, and EU.POL.

A highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of a medal and honorary membership card to the CESP President by the Polish union.

An especially moving moment was reconnecting with the former NSZZP President Mr. Duda after 20 years, back when NSZZP was part of CESP.
